Why we invested
Online distribution and execution of insurance policies is growing strongly, delivering benefits to both brokers and insurers. iprism has a strong position in the market, based on its unique platform, in-house broker support service and customised underwriting capabilities. This was an opportunity to back a compelling organic growth strategy, focused on increasing broker penetration and new product development.

The story so far
Since our investment, iprism has expanded its insurer panel, added new capacity and launched a Commercial Combined product on its trading platform. It has developed its broker engagement strategy and is offering a broader suite of SME and high-net-worth insurance products to customers.
