Bowmark-backed Drake & Morgan opens in London’s West India Quay

Occupying a total of 11,522 sq. ft., ‘The Sipping Room’ has a ground floor bar, with a lower-ground restaurant and a riverside terrace with its own bar, each with seating for 200. Original warehouse features have been restored and mixed with soft furnishings and customers are offered an all-day menu as well as small plates and sharing boards, together with an extensive wine list, premium spirits, craft beer, cocktails and ‘mocktails’.

Managing director Jillian MacLean said: “We are delighted to have opened the Sipping Room. West India Quay has become a vibrant drinking and eating destination and has been on our radar for some time.”
