Bowmark-backed WSD appoints CIO

Previously, Richard was CIO at Delta Capita, where he led the Structured Products Technology and Change teams, as well as Group IT services. He brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the financial services and technology sectors, with a particular focus on SaaS-based businesses, having worked in CIO and director roles at Citigroup, Fiserv and Cashplus Bank.

Richard’s appointment marks the second addition to the senior management team since Bowmark invested in WSD in April. In July, WSD appointed a new CFO, David Pearce, who has more than 30 years’ experience in the sector, including five years as CFO at FE FundInfo.
