Since being backed by Bowmark Capital in May 2014, Autodata has accelerated its growth plans in Europe, expanding its local sales force across both France and Germany, where it has built many strong relationships and has extensive industry support.
Acquiring SFTA is the latest step in this strategy and will provide a greater footprint across Europe, further improving connection with its customer base, and increasing feedback into the company’s product to help drive development. Further acquisitions are planned over the coming months, as Autodata reinforces its dominant position and fulfils its ambitions in the European market.
