Romans, which was backed by Bowmark in a management buyout three years ago, scored highly in a survey by workplace engagement specialists, Best Companies Ltd, which examined how employees really perceive their work environment. The confidential survey is based on the methods which produce the Sunday Times list of ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’.
Best Companies Chief Executive, Jonathan Austin, commented: “Organisations like the Romans Group have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a great place to work.”
Peter Coles, Romans Group Managing Director, added: “Our dedication and commitment to our people has helped us become a market leader – and we’ve now been recognised as one of the best companies in the whole of the UK to work for, something we’re extremely proud of.”
