Prior to joining Bowmark, Monty was a director at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, where he worked for six years, focusing on transactions in the business services and software sectors. Previously, he spent eight years as an M&A adviser at Barclays Investment Bank.
Matthew joins Bowmark from the technology and services team at Raymond James, where he spent four years working on transactions in the software, data and information services sectors.
Charles Ind, managing partner, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Monty and Matthew to Bowmark, whose arrival will further strengthen the firm as we continue our active programme of investment in leading technology and services businesses.”
Monty and Matthew’s arrival follows the appointment earlier in the year of Steve Moore, who joined Bowmark as a portfolio director after seven years at Boston Consulting Group, where he led a range of strategic and operational projects for clients in the technology, transport and infrastructure sectors; and Oleksandra Rovinska who joined as an investment executive from Citi, where she spent over four years working in banking, capital markets and advisory, focusing on transactions in the technology, media and telecoms sectors.
The appointments follow another successful year for Bowmark during which we have completed new investments in CubeLogic, Eque2, Transparity and Turnkey, in addition to receiving the Mergermarket British Private Equity Award for Fundraising of the Year 2024.
