Bowmark hosts annual charity dodgeball tournament for Pursuing Independent Paths
On 5 February, Bowmark welcomed more than 100 guests to its third annual charity dodgeball tournament, raising £15,000 in support of its long-term charity partner, Pursuing Independent Paths (PiP), which enables adults with learning disabilities and differences to achieve their full potential.
The event brought together 15 teams from the private equity community for an afternoon of competitive matches. After a closely fought final, BDO emerged as this year’s winners.
Throughout the day, students from PiP’s social enterprise, Fruitful, provided participants with a selection of fresh juices and smoothies.
Jack Taylor, Deputy CEO of PiP said: "Every year this event funds months of student wages for our enterprise training schemes and we are so grateful for everyone taking part and supporting our vital work!"
