The discussion highlighted how AI is reshaping business models, workflows and infrastructure. Speakers shared practical insights on turning AI ambition into measurable results.
Three key themes emerged:
- Culture first: Bringing new AI products to market is as much a cultural challenge as a technological one. Success depends on mindset, incentives and executive sponsorship – not just technical expertise.
- Workflow matters: AI tooling can drive dramatic productivity gains, but only when paired with fundamental workflow redesign. Without rethinking how teams operate and adopt new technologies, the benefits will not be realised.
- Efficiency under pressure: AI adoption is increasing cloud hosting costs for businesses. Managing the impact on profits through smarter procurement, forward purchasing and more efficient architecture is critical.
We are extremely grateful to all the speakers and Bowmark portfolio companies for their contributions.
