Mollie is responsible for managing Bowmark’s front of house and supporting the firm’s operations and administrative functions. She is also a personal assistant to the investment team and a member of the Charity Committee.

She has a bachelor's degree in international development and a master’s degree in international social development from the University of East Anglia.
