Why we invested

Focus Group has achieved strong organic growth by providing cost-effective, integrated solutions across a wide range of products, coupled with service excellence. Prior to our investment, it had also acquired and integrated eight businesses in two years to expand its talent pool, build scale and enhance its product range. This was an opportunity for Bowmark to support the company in accelerating its organic and acquisition-led growth strategy.

The story so far

Focus Group is continuing its successful acquisition programme, as well as further investing in best-in-class systems to support its growth strategy. The company has completed 16 acquisitions since Bowmark’s investment in 2020 and, most recently, made a strategic investment in Zest4 to create a scalable channel business that will operate alongside the group’s existing direct business.
