Transparity’s deep technical expertise in high demand technologies, coupled with its exceptional customer service, has enabled it to deliver organic revenue growth of over 25% per annum. The company operates in a large market driven by the long-term growth trends of cloud adoption, application modernisation and the increasing use of data, AI and cybersecurity. This was an opportunity to support the growth of a leading company in the sector, through further investment in its data engineering and AI skills, the development of its technology solutions and managed service offering, and selective acquisitions in the UK and Europe.

Since our initial investment in 2024, Transparity has continued to deliver strong growth, expanding its capabilities and market reach as one of the UK’s leading Microsoft partners. The company has expanded its team, opened new offices alongside Microsoft in Paddington, and launched new products and service offerings – including ‘AI Factory’ to help organisations identify, build, and scale AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
In October 2025, Transparity acquired Xpedition, a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics, combining two of the UK’s most accredited Microsoft partners. The enlarged group now provides an end-to-end capability across all six of Microsoft’s solution designations (Business Applications, Data and AI, Digital and App Innovation, Infrastructure, Security and Modern Work) – creating one of the foremost digital transformation partners in the UK.
