Jamal Lakhani has been promoted to investment director, while Inderpal Lall and Oleksandra Rovinska have been promoted to investment manager.
Jamal joined Bowmark from RBC Capital Markets in 2021 and has played a key role in several of the firm’s software investments, including Tax Systems, WSD, Lendscape and CubeLogic.
Inderpal joined from Rothschild in 2023 and is a member of the Bowmark Growth Partners (BGP) team, the firm’s dedicated small-cap investment fund. He has been involved in BGP’s investments in Cornwall Insight, Helio Intelligence and Altia.
Oleksandra joined Bowmark from Citi in 2024 and has been involved in the firm’s investments in Transparity and Kubrick, as well as the recent sale of field service management software provider Totalmobile to Five Arrows and DBAG.
