Bowmark-backed Focus Group completes three more acquisitions

In August, Focus Group acquired STL Communications, a leading unified communications provider based in Oxfordshire, strengthening its position in the M4 corridor and the Midlands.

In September, it made two further acquisitions: Incom-CNS Group, a business communications and IT provider with offices in Manchester and Wales; and Contact Assist, a clinical systems integration software business.
