Bowmark-backed Node4 buys virtual private cloud provider, Secura

With its secure, scalable virtual private cloud operations, Secura serves over 100 customers, 70 per cent of which operate in the Independent Software Vendor market. Having grown organically by over 40 per cent year-on-year, the company was recently named VMware’s VCPP Cloud Partner of the Year 2019.

Combining the two businesses will provide Node4 with a market-leading cloud hosting offering to the SaaS market and broaden the range of services that each provides. Post-acquisition, Node4 will have annualised revenues of approximately £55 million.
