Prior to joining Bowmark, Laura was an investment manager at Chiltern Capital where she focused on transactions in the business services and technology sectors. Previously she was an M&A adviser at Jamieson Corporate Finance.
Raj joins Bowmark from Addition Capital where he worked on a range of transactions and supported portfolio companies with their growth strategies. Prior to that, he was a consultant in Boston Consulting Group’s private equity practice.

Laura and Raj’s arrival at the firm follows the appointments last year of Olly Bee who joined from Sovereign Capital and Rory Pickard who joined from KPMG’s corporate finance team.
The appointments follow a highly successful 12 months for Bowmark during which it made four new investments, supported 10 bolt-on acquisitions across its portfolio and completed exits with a combined value of £2.2 billion. The firm also received the Unquote British Private Equity Award for Responsible Investor of the Year 2022.
