Alice joins from Inflexion, where she worked for six years specialising in the business services sector, and was involved in a number of successful investments in tech-enabled services, professional services, and testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC). Previously, she spent four years in the UK investment banking team at Citi.
Martina joins Bowmark from Rothschild & Co, where she was an investment banking associate in the TMT team, working on transactions in the data and software sectors. Prior to that, she was a member of the financial due diligence team at PwC.
