Bowmark strengthens team with two new appointments

Liz has over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer advising private equity fund managers and other financial services businesses. She was previously a partner, general counsel and compliance officer at STAR Capital. Liz will be responsible for Bowmark’s legal and compliance functions.

Maria joins the firm from Boston Consulting Group, where she was a partner specialising in growth and transformation programmes. She worked with clients across a range of sectors, including in business services, consumer and healthcare. As a director in Bowmark’s value creation team, Maria will help portfolio companies accelerate their growth and develop strategies for building long-term value.
