Maria joined Bowmark in 2025 and is a member of the firm’s portfolio management and value creation team, working closely with portfolio companies on their strategic and operational development.
Prior to Bowmark, Maria was a partner at Boston Consulting Group where she specialised in growth strategy and transformation programmes for clients in the business services, consumer and healthcare sectors. Maria also has experience in portfolio operations and M&A roles. She has a BA from Tufts University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
