SFG20 has developed a proprietary database of over 1,500 maintenance schedules which translate complex legislation and codes of practice into clear, actionable tasks for engineers and are updated more than 700 times annually. It plays a central role in the safe operation of buildings and is mission-critical to the compliant planning, delivery and auditing of asset maintenance. This was a compelling opportunity to help the company further develop its data, software and AI offering, and to expand into adjacent segments of the construction market and internationally.
