Harriette joined Bowmark in 2023 and is a member of the value creation team. She works on projects across the portfolio and is responsible for the development, monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators for the firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to Bowmark, Harriette worked for Montagu in the portfolio and insights team. Previously, she spent seven years in M&A advisory roles at McGrathNicol and KPMG. Harriette has a degree in accounting and commercial law from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Chartered Accountant.
